recruitment mission Q

can we use this new recruitment mission as a new type of buff party? where any noob cannot end the mission when the the party leader is not looking? I recalled seeing a picture of the denki recruitment mission where you could use weapons and there was a charging cube in the room. now all I need to know is if there is some way to end the mission other than abandoning. if not, Buff away!!!
