now i got a problem getting this weapon lol

after i fighted anna kireek didnt appeared

(ididnt told my name to sue)

and i want to know the specific part of where he is

in waterfall tears plz

P.D.does affect the change of ship in getting the weapon? cuz i changed of ship because there were some quest in japannese and idk japannese lol the waterfall tear was in japanese so i changed of ship..

He is further down past the room after where you fight Anna. Don't take the Telepipe that is set.

If you open up your area map, you will see another NPC arrow off in the distance. That's him.

If he is not there then you didn't complete the quests in the order that's correct.
