Billing site issues again?

i was hoping that someone on this site would have more useful info regarding the downtime, ChaosAngel, it had nothing to do with previous issues. apparently sega doesnt stay in contact with us, so sorry for askin.
and i totally second McFly. i'm not placing blame on anyone at sega, but online health has been really bad for us on pc/ps2 lately and it would be nice if instead of little bonuses like +3 luck, they just give us assurance that our gaming will not continually be affected by online screwups. i dont remember guild wars having very many issues like this, and when they did, the players would hear from the admins within the hour. if they can manage this on a free online service, then i think sega should at least try to perform at the same level.
i dont want to have to retreat to offline mode in PSU like i did in PSO for the game to stay playable.

Oh well. Time to play something else. I think I'll beat Cyborg Justice/outcheat the AI in Metal Fatigue (seriously, he sends two combots against my tanks and decimates the tanks. I do the same and my pilots come back telling me the bot's got kersploded. WTF?)
