Plains overlord S2 using the 8* kubara version grenade launcher. Shoot De Ragan's tail when you think its close to death, then make your char die (make sure you don't have any scape dolls), use the go back to lobby option, go back into mission and repeat.

Hmm thats some good advice there i thank you all for your input. Ill give it a shot and have it to 21 in no time flat XD

Or just level it through use, it's not horrible like most bullets =p

I prefer leveling Grenade launcher bullets in Tunnel Recapture.
Drue Gohra enemies is what i´m hinting at.
Just bring the crappiest GL you have.

Yeah, go to Awakened Serpent, and fight those Druas. Grenades hit 4 spots on them, and they're bullet resistant, so they won't die as fast.
