New system! The....Phantom? What the....

I just heard of this thing yesterday while watching TV. It's supposed to be out by Christmas 2003, other then that I don't know anything about it. I did see a comic on Penny-Arcade about it, they gave me their web site, but for some reason they're site won't load on my computer. So ya, if anyone can give me some more info on what the hell the Phantom is, that would help.

i heard about it, and i was laughing my ass off while readin it at IGN. honestly, even IF the damn thing is released, i really dont see it doing to well, not to mention copyright laws if it can really play games from all 3 systems. If you remember the lil device that was supposed to come out for the DC, you know what im talkin about

I was sent the link for that a few days ago by a friend. Personally I think it's an interesting idea, but odds are since they're a new and unknown company they'll be fighting a losing battle against the big-names. Odds are one of the big-name companies will pick up inspiration (or even buy the company itself) and produce a more successful interpretation.
