Timesplitters 4 reveals FIRST returning character!!!!

"Free Radical has now turned its complete attention to TS4 now that Haze in finished. They say that they are at the stage of "trying to identify what makes Timesplitters work". TS4 will retain its trademark humor, and FR is looking to incorporate Haze's 2 sided story into TS4(as in, 2 seperate playable factions with different abilities and fighting styles). Also, the FR is hoping to show something playable sometime in 2008" (which should really give you an idea of how early they are in development).

hmm Jo Beth Casey had a better fashion sense in Future Perfect (3). well it's concept art.
given the fact that Jo Beth has gone through the most changes than any other character,
I wouldn't be surprised if she gets a costume selection (like Cortez and Harry Tipper)

Free Radical better not slip on this project. It would be best not to follow Haze's bad examples
(although it has a few positive things about it...well okay just 4 player co-op. )

I'm sure they will, Riot Officer was in both TS2 and TSFP. compared to the Siberia soldiers
(which haven't returned in TSFP), Riot Officer is more popular enough to return.

Ooh, I desperately hope that TS4 will come out on PC, 'cause then I won't be coming out of my room for weeks to come.

It would also be nice is they brought back Sentry Bot from TS2...

what I also like about TS games is that the weapons have good damage balance and
no gun takes too many shots to beat someone (unless they have armor)
and a headshot is always 1-hit kill, no questions asked.
some of the best accurate sniper rifles in shooter history.
if it's centered in the crosshair, it will hit.
I really love TSFP's version of the Plasma AutoRifle.

but the sticky remote mines from TS2 should return. (it's funny slapping them on people's
face. )

So I vote the option of having embedded Youtube videos available a bad one. But anyway, is it the exact same team working TS2 who developed Haze ? Or did some of the actual talented people step back and wait for this ?

well you see Haze was an experiment to try something simple and different.

and secretly, Haze was just a stepping stone so that Free Radical is up to date with the
current gen hardware.

Free Radical created Goldeneye and Perfect Dark before they left Rare.
FR created all of the Timesplitters games. so TS4's quality and content will be at least
on par with the best TS games. (unless they make the wrong decisions. )
