Suspended

I have been suspended from PSU but i have done nothing wrong to deserve this. One of my friends has recently quit the game and given me most of his things. Is their any way i can contact SEGA and find out how long i have been suspended. I have already submitted a ticket to the SEGA support line but is their any other way that i can contact SEGA?
