    What type of message do you get if you haven't paid your monthly guardians bill?

    "065 - your guardians license is expired", for one.

    I know that one. But is it possible to have the "Your access to the PSU servers are currently disabled" error for billing issues?

    I don't think that my payment was deducted out of my checking account for this month.

    Hm, I see. Well, when in doubt, send in a support ticket. The new place is http://help.sega.com IIRC (yes, it's correct), or through the contact us (abusive behaviour form) on the official site.
