* Character classification and tier placement was determined by several official national and international tournaments* consisting of over 100 professional gamers representing the top 30 professional gaming teams around the world.

Match ups were determined by several factors including but not limited to.

[1] Character Representation **top “5” of each character**
[2] Damage Given
[3] Damage Taken
[4] Knock Outs
[5] Falls
[6] Wins
[7] Loses
[8] Implementation and Execution of Advanced Strategies and Techniques.

Character Tiers determined by:

Every character was represented by the top “5” character players of each character around the world.

* 5 Tournaments consisting of a 160 contenders in total top 3 per match advance.

* Top 4th place representation of each character remains as a character representation alternates just in case a player is determined ineligible to continue due to tournament violations or character disqualification.

* 5th place representation of each character is eliminated.

Why is Link on the bottom? I dislike him now but he's damned good. Why in God's name is fucking IKE on top? Ike is NOT top tier. He's good but he's not that good. Also, who's the douchefag who said R.O.B. sucks. I DEMAND TO MEET THESE MEN.

I dont know i agree with the list for the most part however yes i do agree that ike should be high tier at best not top tier, and link deserves to be in the medium tier in my opinion captain falcon is a tough call because his obvious predictability and lack of buffs is easily exploited.

And i have R.O.B in my stable but apparently whatever is the reasoning behind their tiering he was placed medium but so is snake and thats a bad MAN !!
