Archival, I'd say. We had a hell of an event and this can give other potential event coordinators ideas on how to structure a good event.

I'd think making a new thread for a new event sounds more efficient and less confusion to new readers when they scroll down the posts.

Then maybe you should make a "How to make a "Hosting Event" topic, topic.
Just keeping these here is kinda useless otherwise.
