with a cdx and a habit of stealing my rare items i start to get a little pissed.

I think with the Americans, its important to talk to them first before you play with them, make sure they are alright. And although it may seem like the majority of 'cheaters' are American, also remember, that the majority of total players are american so it makes it seem worse than it really is.

Since noticing that so many people from here frequent Puck-09, I've started hanging out there recently (both as my HUcast, Socrates and as my RAcast, Decker).

It's nice that you recognize names online, and also there are some obvious PSO-World-oriented teams that you can feel safer in. However, don't be complacent just because you're in Puck-09. There are still going to be some randoms that are just like the majority of unpleasant people elsewhere on the servers ("MD stands for 'Doctor,' not Maryland, you ##$%*&").

By the way, if you ever see a Team name along the line of "<somebody's name>'s Run," that'd be most likely one of my characters.
