How to transfer demo characters

Hi! If you are reading this, you probably want to either:

•Import the character you have on your memory card from the demo

OR

☻Import characters from others memory cards onto ONE memory card.

As you know, there are eight character slots. And you can transfer your character from the demo over into one of those slots for the official game!


From the main menu, press start.



Go to IMPORT.



Click the character you wish to import.



Click yes (first choice, HAI)



Choose slot you wish character to go to. Be careful if you already have a character there, because they will most likely be overwritten.



Click the spot, then yes. And you are done.



Now, if you have a character you want to transfer to another memory card. Make sure you import the MAIN MEMORY CARD'S demo character. Don't wanna override your character, do you?

Next, go to the secondary memory card, using your USB connection or Media Card Reader, open up your memory stick into a folder.

GO TO PSP > SAVEDATA > ULJM91014 and copy it to your desktop. Check inside to make sure that this is TRULY your demo's save data. Easy way to tell is by the pictures inside of it.

From there, put your main memory card in and USB/Media connect it, go to PSP > SAVEDATA and copy ULJM91014 folder to the save data.

Boot up Phantasy Star Portable, and just do the above steps, and try not to override your main character you already imported.

just wondereed. does Everything you had on the demo transfer? such as money, PA,s and Badges?

Yes, everything your demo char has is transferred.

if i have 2 characters from the demo (one on my PSP one saved on my PC) can i transfer both or just one? i wanna know if i should be working on my second one or not :O

You can transfer both as you can designate what slot you want the transfer char to be in, just follow the directions Zarode posted

so i transfer to full game, then switch demo characters and transfer that one? ok :P
