PM Armor lvling

Could someone please advice the best way to raise a PMs armor stat by feeding it items, is armor even that important? what armor lvl do most people have on their PMs? what items do you need to feed (i psupediaed it) it shows units, but that looks like that will take forever and get expensive, n e one know any good ways?

Go to the clothes shop at the colony and buy the 10* shoe for 2000 meseta. OR wait till august 1st so they can be 1000 meseta.

The shoe puts up armor by 22.

The thing that is kinda bad with this material is that everyone is fucking overpricing it.
Who in the right mind, pays 100 000 for a material which about every other damned way to raise PM level do it alot cheaper and faster actually unless you own stacks upon stacks of them.

I think the NPC should just sell them for a low price and just get it over with.
