How accurate is the info for item drops...

I use PSUPEDIA almost like a bible for the things im looking for. Ive never had it mislead me.
This is an interesting topic. Now I have originally gone by the drop rate for Agito Repca on PSOW. It says it drops from Magashi on Illuminus Ambition 2, but it says it drops on level 164+. PSUPedia says the same thing. I have known about this information for over a year now. But is that even accurate? I believe that he drops edges, but where does he even drop the Repca if we have no access to his higher level form in story mode?

It would help if you mentioned what was inaccurate. Since it's a wiki it can be easily updated with the correct information. I know at one point it was listing Kazarod as dropping from Dimmagolus instead of Onmagoug, but that was fixed a while ago.
