well, since there's no melan, its probably either not in the game, or a boss box drop. try the bosses that drop Gudda Hon.

Bil de Melan as of right now, doesn't exist in PSP. However, I do know that a boss box does drop them, I just dunno which mission.

Well, I got the rare map on the Bil De Golus mission, and instead of a Bil De Vear, its a bunch of rappies. = (

I dont' think any of the current missions have Bil De Melan in them.
