Are LV 41-50 Photon Arts going to be released as soon as the master types are released?

That is good, I wouldn't like the idea of getting the master types without the LV 41-50 Photon Arts and we would have to wait longer to access them. My characters will be very happy!

I'm pretty sure that Level 40 PA's came out with the Fortes? So Masters should be the same. I think. :/
