Also, be prepared to see literally millions of Ran-misaki, Meteor Cannon, Huge Cutter and Storm Lines before the Psycho Wand board actually drops.

And by millions he means MILLIONS, ive gotton 5 stacks of pa frags (around 249) missions COMPLETED and only gotten like 4
Ive probably done another 600 on top of that non completed.
When u see a board eventually drop, dont get excited, 9/10 chance its a ran misaki....D:

Mini-Boss, NOT Boss. Mini-Bosses can still drop area drops.
