From what I have heard, it is unlikely to find one other than a torrent. Bear in mind, we cannot provide links on the forums anyways, as it goes against forum rules. Someone could, however, provide you the necissary info for a decent google search via private messages.

I have a bad delema Mr. Mod. My PC's ethernet card craped out on me. So I'm forced to use my PSP to download PSO PC. I'm just interested in the offline feature. So if anyone could give me "legal" info with in forum rules I would appritiate it. I been searching google and had no luck yet. Thanks in advance.

Pso Pc is a port of Pso ver 2 Dreamcast. There is client side saving, print screen button to save screens to backup folder(where characters/settings are saved). Some better effects then in Ep1&2. Including flashing lillies, bomb traps spin and flash, and other I am to tired to remember now. Two very usefull items In Dc/Pc are Trap/Search and State/Maintanance. All the red weapons grind to +90.
