There's a balance. Its a series so you are going to see elements reappear.

I Would like less synthetize items, more rare findings of everything (Weapons, clothes, etc.)
Also, as someone sayed, ep. 2 n from the BB....And MULTIPLAYER OFFLINE!!! So i can play whit my offline friends, it doesnt matter if it is a different character from the online.

As to people fed up with pso
if it was the only things that came out, or the majority of what came out in AOtI i can see and understand the complaints but when those straight rips from pso only make up if i was being really generous 30% of AOtI's total content and thats not count what we got from the original PSU

i start to think some people are over reacting

The problem is that Sega is using the excuse of reusing PSO content in place of new and original content. When you look at any series, there's bound to be some rehash of old content. Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine, and Super Mario Galaxy all have Mario, Peach, Bowser, coins, and some Goombas. Other than that, are there any real glaring similarites? Not really, besides the general gameplay focus, but that isn't supposed to change; it's what the series has established itself with.

The sly nods to PSO were cool when they introduced novelty weapons like the Varista and DB Saber. It was a nice, nostalgic touch, and it was somewhat unique. But when updates upon updates (events, even) were dedicated to a 7+ year old game, it got stale and unwelcomed real quick. Sega took something that worked and milked it to hell and back until it was dead and dry (a real defining trait they've taken on as of late, if I may add).

The point I'm trying to make is that rehash is okay in conservation and if it isn't used as blatant filler material. At least Nintendo tries by handing their mascot a fucking watergun or blasting him into deep space. Sega's method is to paint it a different color and hand it a gun; that's new content.

No more pso with more players. This game has a distribuing lack of MMO in it.

    updates after updates?

maybe one update dedicated to pso, or rather one event that they bolloxed up so they had to repeat it. for everything pso they released there was something aoti out there as well. pso content was not the only, or even the main game in town it may seem like it because of sega's crappy update schedual but i'm not seeing justification for the hate they did not milk it.

    and rehash?

most games in a series are always a rehash of the previous games in the series, nintendo are not the first nor are sega the last to do it.

    and calling it filler material?

oh come on, fillers serve no point, the mag and pso thing was more of a fun extra. and even if we count it as filler, the mag event plus three to four hidden random missions does not make for too much random filler

if you have both of the PSO, PSU artwork and the new PSP weapon art one. I will say that the reason why there is not so many PSU original weapons is because they took their a lot of effort to create each single one. I m very impress when I see a lot of minor detail that most of players doesn't notice them.
(too bad, I couldnt scan to show you guys, but they even design about how to put pannon bullet into pannon cannon, and how to release them , following with minor change upon the gun during shoot. the vanda claws photon point is come from the bone not the claw. magana slayer is magashi full body which turn into holding part, and he can speak when attack etc. I don't see other game have this kind of unique style design before, mostly just the same every MMO)
At this point, I think they might use PSO as excuse to bring up more weapons into game, because they can't design too many of new unique weapons within the time limited. (since each one is very neat work) Rather than having only few new unique weapons, they just add PSO weapons as an extra (because they don't have to design anything new, just directly add graphic)
Not only that, they can also favor PSO-fan base in this way too.

For me, I really love to have new PSU weapon, the more of those manificant design, the better for game. However, this game really lacking rare weapon atm, and each person use the same stuff. If they can't really design many new unique stuff in time, as long as they can add more weapon into game, I m fine with they using PSO weapon. Just that this game need to add a lot more weapons, no matter PSO or PSU.

.... Anyway, as if those were soo important -,-, I think first we need is better system managment(for JP)/ better service(for US)!

agreeness......but bring back Dark Belra *makes it dizzy*

The only thing in the current PSU right now that isn't dependent on LUCK is our "leveling"(class, PAs,tech, bullets etc). That really needs to change...

The next expansion needs some kind of monthly (don't flame me!) "active user" leader board, where it shows a percentage of how many times we actually played, during that month. monthly prizes at the end of the month....

STAGES WITH WEATHER CONDITIONS!!!!(not firebreak theme)

More lobby(non-mission) activities!!!! Casino was a start....(requirement: luck>__<) there's a BEACH in the GAME, waiting to be SURFED ON with a HOVER CRAFT!!

    fully interactive stages!!!(woot.....i cut down a tree....found wenceline >_>LAME!)

I think it might be cool if there was some sort of mass-scale war. Like, more 6 people in a party (WAY more) against a whole ton of enemies.
Though I'm not sure if the game could handle that...

Seriously i want to know when the next expansion is coming out. I dont want to hear that mess about more info at a later date.
