I think we are Sega's pocket change and the JP servers are the real coin purse. Sure its nice to have change, but they can do without it... so they focus as little on us as possible while keeping their real money makers happy.
I also think that seeing these low numbers on the pc/ps2 side of the game actually demoralizes people who are playing, and causes more and more people to leave... I know it happens to me a lot, Every time I see 2 stars or 1 star..I Think to myself, "well I better not get to into this, since it can be gone at any moment with this kind of playerbase numbers" and I usually end up leaving for that reason mostly.
The 3 reasons I only play a few months of the year are these
About 60% of the reasons I quit are- the low population Its very demoralizing to see your game in such a state...
About 10% of the reason is - More Immature or childish, Rude or just plain unethical players that I sometimes run into. Not so much this time around though.
About 20% is because of the lack of content and variety.
For me its mostly the Demoralizing factor that such low numbers brings to a online RPG game like this... That really just hits me hard personally. I wish they did something to advertise or get the name out, but I fear its to late
