anyone know how to transfer marketplace bought games so they can be played offline?

yeah I have a new 360, so now I can't play games like Ninja Gaiden Black and Live Arcade games offline anymore.

anyone know the process so I can use them offline with the current 360 I got???
I'm using the same GamerTag, but it's not working, and also, when I redownloaded
and turned on NGB, it said the save files were corrupted,

so I deleted them all and starting from scratch, but I really would like the game playable offline in case I'm left without online for a while.

ya I bought a refubrished one from the store, so ya, guess I can't transfer the stuff....
