Purpose of the "c" weapons?

how quickly people forget the roots of this game...

its funny how people who take this games wacky ass economy so for granted were not around before A- rank weapons and expert classes did not exist in any way shape or form.

c weapons are indeed completely useless to master classes. but to other classes they are good for pa leveling and for master classes to downgrade to another class in order to make pa leveling faster.but there was a time where c weapons were the lifeblood of the game.society doesn't go around talking shit about the little wooden #2 pencils we used in kindergarten,so don't go around knockin the basics of this game either.there was a time where everything wasn't so damn easy and simple,believe it or not.

C rank weapons are good for when you restart or are just beginning. Some of the ones in the casino are just for show.

Why would you want the more expensive Kubara knock off for PA leveling when you could buy the lower class version of whatever weapon style? Sure, Crimsic has less attack and more PP then Crimson, but the C rank saber from Yohmei has LESS attack and MORE PP than Crimsic, AND costs less to buy.

C apparently stands for crap. Ank Dedda has an attack of 1383 (or something like that) but Ank Deddac's attack drops to something like 480 AND has a higher requirement. it's the same with most weapons ending in c, they're all garbage. So what am I missing here? Are there just crappy weapons just to be crappy weapons or is there some hidden gem that's like JP only I don't know about?

No, thats just more proof of what I keep saying. The designer of this game is just a fucking idiot.

Kubara weapons are knockoffs, but any smart person designing a game would at least give them some kind of extra attributes, or at least DIFFERENT attributes than the original. Maybe some status effects, speed adjustments, range adjustments, SOMETHING. At least make them look better? But no, they're useless. The fact that they deal less damage for PA Leveling is, yes, the absolute most asinine reason to include an entire class of weapons in a game ever conceived.


Illegal knockoffs that are weak but have higher requirements than the originals. VERY smart idea, Segac. Makes alot of sense.
