So what happened to the last 3 Challenge stages?

Perhaps I'm missing something, but on the PSOW homepage you had info saying that C7-9 would be put up in tandem with the Valentine's update.

However, this is not the case, and that info has been taken down.

Any updated news on this topic?

I've heard that C7 - C9 are coming out on the 10th.

Is that not true any more? I thought that was when the Valentine's decorations/quest were coming as well.
