That way you can do Time Attack AND get rares at the end, though you're not really TAing if you take the time to bring an NPC along anyway.

A bit late, but I think that 'Reward upon Mission Clear' is all it's really saying, ie: "we're nerfing the reward for S ranking the mission on S and S2"
