Well, even though they're all integrated, the cheapest ones don't have dedicated memory, like the Intel GMA series. Those graphic cards use the notebook RAM memory instead of their own memory (which is slower).
On notebooks, the cheapest graphic cards with dedicated memory are the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470 and NVidia Geforce 8400M or 9200M, but don't think there's any notebook below $500 with any of those...
Don't know how much they cost in US, but where I live, the cheapest notebook with one of those graphic cards (Asus X59SL, with an HD3470) is 580€, which is around $750. X_X
