Reinstalling Windows

I'm getting ready to reinstall windows on my pc and was wondering whether character data is saved on a server or on my harddrive? I already copied the whole PSO folder from my programs but wanted to make sure that my character data will still be good after I reinstall windows.

PSOBB = Server side
PSOPC = Client side

PSOBB = Server side
PSOPC = Client side

This. As long as you have your username and password for BB you can log on with any computer with the patched BB.

PC, not so much. Though honestly, I don't know why you'd be playing PC anyway.
