i took Latin for 3 semesters in high school and our teacher described how Valentines day pretty much came about, that wikipedia article is accurate though. all in all, i hate valentines day, couples are all together and loving each other (even if it is culturally forced) and I'm left with my hand... fun.....I'm a go cry now
