Hunters License shared between games of different regions?

So I have a PAL Gamecube and a PAL copy of Episode 3 and I'm wondering if I'll be able to use share a Hunters License with an NTSC copy of Episodes 1&2 Plus. Is this possible? Will it even matter in regards to connecting to a private server, aside from being a hassle? Anything you could tell me would be much appreciated!

I figure it has more to do with the data on the memory cards as I'm not sure an NTSC game will read PAL saves and vice versa... I dunno, you're probably right.

Well you dont even need a hunters license to play online anymore, that was just for the official servers, which aren't even up anymore.
