YEARS ago i used to play online with my bro's gc. I recived a 200pow angel wing form an admirer. my question is that a hack mag or can you really 200 a single stat if so how?

It's hacked. Every baby mag has 5 defense to start with. It is not possible to have 200 in a single stat, not even defense.

I believe 200 DEF was possible using a Mag Cell at level 5, then following a very careful feeding strategy.

I thought MAG Cells couldn't be used until after the MAG was at LV50+?

A select few were able to be used early.

Depends on the version.

On PSO Ver.2 that mag can have 200 pow, there isn't any restriction to that.

But you mentioned PSO GC (aka ver.3), with that all mags start at the common lvl 5 baby mag, that can't be avoided.
