I finally decided to go get a Har / Quick and on the second run of Eastern Peril S2 it dropped. I don't usually get anything from hunting and now I think I need to run it 15 more times to see if it was just a fluke

Got every elemental shotgun PA to 50 except for the fragment ones.
Leveled my female beast to from 4 to 150 during the event.
Got every sword and spear PA to 50.
3 Yashas from event and many wep boards.

No luck on P Wand from Sleeping Warriors yet, but have found [B] Storm Line, [B] Meteror Cannon, and [B] Huge Cutter in there so far.
