From what I have been able to gather, and someone can correct me if I'm wrong. Its hard to make out what is true and what isn't in this mess....

Each time you raise your PAs the limit goes up by 5 levels and you can't go past 50.

Humans can raise their PAs 4 times.
Newmans can raise their PAs 3 times.
Beasts and Casts can raise their PAs 2 times.

If I am Fortegunner, can I get all my guns to Lv50?

No. If you are a human you can raise 2 weapon types to 50 (all shotguns and laser cannons for example), or 4 weapon types can be raised to 45.

If you are a Cast or Beast you can only raise 1 weapon type to 50.

Can Masterforce increase the level of its support spells?

Race determines how many times you can increase the PA lvl cap on your weapons, humans get 20, newman 15, and cast/beast 10.

(Still doesn't mean my Protranser can have 50/50 PAs though... but at least I can do it for all of his guns, heh heh...)

Shotgun, Grenade Launcher, Longbows, Handguns and Crossbows will be my main emphasis on getting to Lv. 50 across my characters - I'm quite interested to see if Handgun got much love at all - Mayalee Hit got a huge reduction in PP so I'm pretty excited about the whole slew of soloing/mate saving abilities that will have alongside Kyumeisei-shiki.
