Partner machine raising?

So I was looking at the guide to feeding your partner machine.

I've got to level 71 without feeding my PM once. Regrettably. Therefore, I took a quick look at the guide on here that said for a striking PM feed it:

"Twelve monomates, and then thirteen 1* weapons."

Saying you gain 4 levels a day?

Question 1) What 1* weapons should I feed it, any in particular?

2) What does it mean 4 levels a day, can I only feed a PM so much per day?

1. All 1* MELEE weapons will add the same amount of Striking, so it doesn't matter, as long as you are't feeding it guns or tech weapons.

2. You can only feed your PM 100 items per day.

You can only feed your PM 100 items every 12 hours. By the time you hit that limit while feeding it that ratio 12 monomates & 13 1* striking weapons, you'll only have gained 4 levels. It's the cheapest way to level, but it's so slow...
All 1* striking weapons will give the same stat boosts when fed to a PM, btw

I'm nuts, but I raise Striking PMs with PA Fragments and 3* striking weapons. This is especially true now since we have an event running that makes it even easier to get PA Frags

I just bought S rank weps that dropped in events, they are cheap and you could get like 35 levels a day depending on the weapon. I got 32 levels actually, but I was told you could hit 35.

Yeah, you could probably do well feeding your machine "Vish Diragac"... those are insanely cheap in player shops (since they only sell to the vendor for 27000)
