Alright for those that know me they know I've tried to get people to play Natural Selection which is a free Mod for Half Life 1.

Now they've been working on a second Stand Alone game to this Mod for years and finally you are able to Pre-Order the product.

Now the second one doesn't release till Fall of 2009, but until then you can download the first one and see what you've been missing.

P.S. The game isn't graphically intense or anything but the game play is Amazing. Though for a new comer to the game you will be frustrated as it isn't easy.

halflife 1 and 2 were not that easy. opponents who can take 3 shotgun blasts to the head and keep ticking. pain in the arse puzzles to solve to get to the next area, switches in places that are almost impossible to get to. and in halflife 2 you can barely hold any ammo for your weapons.
how much harder could this mod be O.o?
