What is the highest elemental % NPC can give you?

I'm trying the trade missions for the 1st time and want a good % on armors & weapons.
What's the max a NPC can give out? 30%?
The same question for NPC shops as well.
So the anything higher than 30% would be items you'd have to find yourself?

NPC shops have a max of 30%. Partner character reward weapons, for those that give them out, have a max of 60%. The various trade missions have 50% maxes, I think, but to get these you need to beat hard mode.

The things I go to just to get a card weapon (Dream Master) for my lvl 30 main.
I was going nuts waiting to see how long the shops are going to sell me some. (or drops on missions).
Hell, then I remember there's trade missions too. :P

Actually, if I remember well, amongst the trade missions, only the oasis, secret society and secret pub (if that's the name of that one) have certain % limitations. The secret society has 30% max on most items, while, after hard mode, the new items have that 50% max. The pub mostly has fixed %s, except on post hard mode items, while the offerty box's items range from 0% to 60% (but that trade mission is evil and eats babies as well as kittens and puppies, so you'll most likely get garbage in terms of weapons/armor there :/).

By the way, some weapons also have specific element percentages and/or element limitations. For example, although this is a good thing, GuldMilla in The Wandering Peddler trade mission with Bruce only has 50% of any element.

I forgot about the offereing box. Nor do I care to remember it That's a bad box. I didn't have the download trade missions in mind either.
