Hi all I have a few questions I want to ask because I am still not very familiar with the game as I have just started only a few days ago. And sorry for the noobness..

- At what level do I obtain S rank Weapons?

- Is Sangeyasha still obtainable or is it a one time event thing and once that event is over you can no longer get it?

- At what level is appropriate to start farming S Rank items and is it soloable?

- Where do I spend my Bronze W. Badges and Silver W.Badges?

- Where is the casino located at?

1. You can have some as long as your class can equip them (and you meet the requirement). Usually, only level 100+ monstrers drop S ranks.

2. It's still obtainable but Sange (the single saber) and Yasha (the single saber) are currently no longer droppable at all so you'll have to buy them for a (very) high price.

3. As I said, level 100+ monstrers drop S ranks and you can start meeting some at level 70+. You can start soloing in good conditions at around level 100.

4. At the 5th Floor of the Colony Counter (where there are story missions), just select "Old Events Missions" and then "Gifts from Beyond".

5. The casino is located on moatoob. do the missions (from the city):System Defense, Tunnel Recapture, then Caves of Ice then Awoken Serpent. It's in the lobby after that mission.
Alternate route: System Defense, Lonely Laboratory, then Bladed Legacy then Awoken Serpent.

Oh and how do I check people's shop I'm really curious as how much does Sange and Yasha cost each.

You Missed Desert Terror in both of those routes.

System Defense, Desert Terror, Tunnel Recapture, then Caves of Ice then Awoken Serpent

System Defense, Desert Terror, Lonely Laboratory, then Bladed Legacy then Awoken Serpent.

Alternatively you can do Valley of Carnage, then Mine Defense instead of System Defense, Desert Terror.

Edit: For Sange and Yasha's price, it depends on which platform you're playing. Prices are just different.

Ok let say if decided to leave the casino, can I go back there again without having to go through all that mission stages?

Yes, there's a lady clad in grey/brown in the city which let's you access any lobby you've already been to for a small fee.

The easiest way to access the casino or any area that you haven't been to is to politely ask someone who has access to the area to warp you there by joining their team and selecting "special flight" from the options listed by the lady in the city. That way you don't have to do all five of those missions to make your way there.
