Depending on the version of PSO you have, you can also grab the Works Guard shield by doing the Sue and Bernie subplot in Episode 1 quests, along with Seat of the Heart in Episode 2 quests. Might not be worth it by the time you can get the item, but it's really n ice to look at while running around Ragol.
