- "General of the Airforce," basically cap my exp at level 40. It sounds easy enough, but where I'm at right now (lv 36 I think), it takes several 100K points to level up, and if you were having to do this offline, you'd only be getting 5 to 50 points PER KILL, unless you complete certain challenges (which are one-time only, btw) for extra exp. There's a boosting method that allows you to get approximately one level per 15 minutes, but it requires the cooperation of 3 people to do. This should've been a gold trophy instead of silver imo, seeing how long it takes to get.
- "Medic," use a single drone support powerup in online deathmatch to repair a total of 90 HP on your team. A drone support only heals up to 30 HP per plane, so you have to have at least 3 people on your team, and they all have to have no more than 70 HP armor on their planes. Also, you have to make sure that you, your teammates, AND the drones don't get shot down during the 30 seconds or so it takes for the drones to do their stuff. Also, there's the matter of getting the drone powerup at the right time and making sure no one else on your team uses a powerup either, seeing as how you can only have one active at a time, and they all last a long time.
- "Counter Support Ace," basically I have to complete 5(?) in-game challenges in online deathmatch that involve using a certain powerup or action to counter the other team's powerup. So far I've only managed to get 2 of them, one I only got recently with a friend's help. Here's what they are:
1. If they use Radar Jamming, call in AWACS support.
2. If they use AWACS support, use Missle Restriction.
3. If they use Missle Restriction, use the Cannon Upgrade.
4. If they use Altitude Limiter, use an EMP strike.
5. If they use Drone Support, shoot down 3 drones in a row.
- "Sitting Ducks," in online deathmatch, use an EMP strike and then shoot down 2 enemy planes with MultiAA missles while they are stalled by the EMP strike.
FUCK THIS TROPHY. There's so much random shit that you have to take into account to get this stupid thing:
1. The EMP strike is a random powerup you get ONLY ON SPECIFIC PLANES after scoring a kill.
2. As I mentioned earlier, your teammates might also use a powerup before you get a good opportunity to use yours, and they don't stack - you can only have one active at a time. Also, most of these last for the good duration of 30 seconds to a minute.
3. You also have to use a plane that has access to MultiAA missles. Not that big of a deal, but if your level is too low, then you might not have access to planes or weapon packs that have BOTH this and the EMP.
4. An EMP stike forces enemy planes into a stall, meaning if you use this at low altitude, most likely your opponents are going to hit the ground first.
5. Your missles have to be able to reach the enemy planes in time. If you fire at the wrong angle, they may miss completely since they can't arc very well, or if you're too far away, you won't be able to get a lock so they can track your targets. Also, since this weapon fires off in a salvo of up to 4 at a time, it has a long cooldown time.
6. MultiAA missles don't instantly kill either, unless you tweak the game settings (only available to whoever's hosting the game). Usually, your enemies will need to be at least 50 HP for the missles to kill them, and that's if they aren't using planes with strong armor.
7. Even when stalled out, your enemies can try to recover from the stall, or worse, they can still use flares to throw off your missles, or someone with a Target Override Pod can redirect them.
8. You have to kill TWO people. One of your teammates who doesn't know what you're doing (not everyone uses mics, lol) might get the kills you're trying to set up or something.
Yeah. FUCK THIS TROPHY.
