Default Sakai tells us some more about Battle Mode

    http://ameblo.jp/phantasy-star-porta...342578599.html

There's a new post up at the official blog about the Jump colaborations (I spelled that wrong!) and the new "battle mode" as well. We talked about the Jump comics in a previous thread but this new blog post gives us a bit of detail about one mode of battle.

    A Screenshot

The screenshot we saw before with everyone jumping around is of a mode called "Catapult Jump." Players seperate in to two on two teams and use catapults to jump around floating islands to capture bases and collect energy balls. There are various other rules (modes of gameplay perhaps?) and Sakai says this makes battle mode a different kind of fun than PSO's battle mode was.

I don't think JUMP have any gundam manga.

Because Sakai, along with some modellers from the Monthly Hobby Japan magazine and a voice actress, were on Arisa Noto's (the girl from the Fun! Fan! video) internet radio program. Arisa Noto enjoys (or so she says) building plastic models which is why you see some Gundam models.

    Dear Sakai.

Please work on making the core gameplay good before coming up with modes where you have to collect inert Dragon Ball z.

    Thanks.

They look like HG or HGUC; she could build one in 20 minutes, so she might not be lying.

On topic, encouraging to see a 'battle' mode that I could enjoy without the need for a mini-me.
