    Logging into PSU is giving me the "connection failed" message.
    I cannot load the PSU official website or forum.
    I cannot submit a ticket because my access to Sega.com is limited (strange...).
    I am on PST and it all worked fine this morning at 11am.

    I really hope someone at SEGA is reading this now, because the genius who's idea it was to link everything officially PSU related to the same regional server is now having the ridiculous lack of foresight in such a move being illustrated quite clearly.

    Please, somebody who is able to, would you please submit a ticket for us?

    I get the same 'Connection to PSU servers failed' error (also in NYC). This is one time warner, no idea if its some sort of ISP thing.

    I am in NYC also and have been locked out for over 24 hours now. I also have time warner cable! And i tried using a proxy server to submit a ticket but it is not allowing me to sign in, what proxy server did you guys use?
