Fresh Instal of PSU does not start

I just installed PSU on my new PC. Stats are as follows:

CPU: AMD Athlon 64X2 2.1 GHz
RAM: 3 GB
Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 3200
OS: Vista

It is a fresh install and it is supposed to be compatible. If anyone knows how to fix it please let me know thank you.

I had this on my laptop just run the Direct X setup from the cd even if you have the latest directx i'm guessing there is a few SDK files it installs that are not standard.

thank you it got the game to start the gg download but now it partially loads and an error message comes up.........in Japanese...... any idea?

Gameguard is a pain in the ass there is a help thread on the offical forums with answers for gameguard issues as there is a number of them.
