if that case why is the main web site dosn't load ether or i can't even load the help sega web site

You should ask any of your 360 if they get the same problem or not.
If they can log in fine, you should try to contact your ISP and check your setting.

in PC ver, we get this stuffs often called 060, but it happen to everybody.

i all ready called my isp they said my cointion good 7.3 m.p

Strange I had this same issue a month ago. I play on ps2/pc but I couldn't access the game or the any of the sega forums, call your ISP they got it fixed for me in a day or two =)

i have done that all ready they my contion has no firewalls
