"Clear 15 Different Missions" titles

Has anyone gotten credit for these types of titles? I honestly can't figure them out cause my current records show me at 43 normal and 39 hard quests completed, but no titles for it. Also all the quests are no longer new, haven't been for a while so just trying to figure out why.

You now have the option to do the 15th quest on any difficulty. Once you do it, it disappears from the list until you find the bakery again.

Is it always there? Or is it random?

Ultra rare random, can spawn in any dead end. Will not spawn in wi-fi mode.

If you get the quest unlocked, you should save it for hard mode title, since it's the only source of the compress unit.
