so i kinda want to know about the gameplay of ep3 cuz im thinkin about getting it and i want to know if it would be a good choice

i know its turn-base card battling but that's where my knowledge ends, wut kinds of things are the cards, is there offline multiplayer, how do u get into encounters (battles), and anything else important I'm missing

The cards are all stuff you've seen from episode 1&2. You get to summon Boomas and Il Gills!
Yup, there's offline multiplayer. Co-op, too.
IIRC Battles are accepted as quests. They're mostly storyline related, but there's free battles and whatnot too.

yup, it's pretty much like in.. final fantasy tactics or fire emblem, if you know those..
you get from battle to battle with some story-telling in between =)

the online mode used to be the best part of the game, but it's broken now and doesn't really work (since the official servers are offline)

but offline is cool, too

You still get to walk around and interact with NPCs. You make an avatar with the same tools from PSO Ep. 1&2.

I never played the game online, and I still logged 300+ hours into it. The saddest part is that you don't get any of the online only cards. But there's still lots of fun stuff to collect.

You also get rare bonus cards for having gamesaves from other Sega games that were on the GCN. Like PSO Ep. 1&2 obviously, Billy Hatcher, Sonic Heroes... and Sonic Mega Collection(?), I wanna say.

If you can pick up the game cheaply, I'd definitely recommend it. Descriptions for the game make it sound fairly boring, but it is semi-addicting once you start playing it.

yah i kinda figured it sounds pretty cool i was just hopin 4 a walk-around area where u run into an enemy to start a battle but it still sounds fun either way
