Exactly why we need a sticky. So people can stop asking if they don't know. There is nothing wrong with not knowing, but when a question becomes increasingly common and becomes asked normally and answered an equal amount then you know...a sticky of the question and its respective answer would be nice or a FAQ with said question and answer would do as well.
