I got a neutral and 49% light Tumikiri Hyori. Which one is better to extend? Also do most people extend their Hyakka Ryouran? What percent should a weapon be before I consider extending it?

This is sort of a rant. I traded a Nagesen from Desert Oasis. Equipped it on a low level character of mine and used it online. Then someone accused me of hacking, said the weapon is s-rank and I'm too low level to equip it. :b

Long story short the party leader is as dumb as his friend, kicked me out when I told them to check online.... sigh....

This is why I make parties, because I don't have to deal with morons that think my Dragon slayer and Ignis are S rank, and think I'm hacking on my lv 55 Alt. on other news 60 Cross Scar

Ok, I know this is probably been asked a bunch but Im not on here a a lot so... With the Kokuintou Houzuki I just got it as the reward and do you wait to extend it or when its unsealed? Also where do you get extend codes ^_^;;;

Go to the Maximum Attack Cross trade mission (under The Wandering Peddler) and get 3 free Extend Codes and a 50% Madoog.

You don't have to wait until its unsealed to extend it. The end result (1250 ATP) is the same. It doesn't matter if its unsealed of extended first.
