Error 051

says I cant connect to the server, is the server down? I checked the main site and everything seems to be a go, so im assuming its something on my end.
Forgot to mention that im on the PC version.

It's Maybe a Problem with The Provider.

I do have a router, but I have never had this problem before

From the main site ^_^

Your broadband router may be blocking the TCP port for the patch download server. The TCP port numbers are 11000, 11001, 11100, 11101 and 12000 ~ 12010. You may have to change your router settings to allow access to these ports. For information on how to do this, please consult your router's instruction manual.

You will have to log into your router...Most of the time the IP is

http://192.168.X.1

X = Each documented router tends to have a different number...Usually its 1...but this number is shared with different devices, like 192.168.100.1 is the address to a motorola cable modem.

Basically go to Start/Run ----> CMD
then ipconfig/all

You will find the third number there....try that number and you may be able to log in.

This is interesting because I had that happen this past weekend but it was while using PS3 for the PS2 version.

I suddenly got booted and then it said I couldn't connect several times.
I tried my laptop AOTI and it connected fine so I reset my PS3 connection and it started working...wierd.

I've never had that happen before until that one time.

I appreciate the help everyone, but I managed to get it, it was actually pretty simple to fix, I had to get rid of this nvidia net access thing
