is there a spot already in the forum for these quest? i just need to know where to go. from what i understand about the text it says that there is a time limit for these. so where do i go for these missions i'm on the first one.

If you've already got the list, what exactly is your question? You could compare the client order names with those from the list, and then compare the mission names to those at the mission counter. Alternatively, Espio started a translated version here, but it's still a stub.
