Sonic, Knuckles, and Tails?

I've been researching on the internet and found this website for PSP:2. Of course you have to translate it, but thats not a problem. I was scrolling down through "Room Decorations" And found something that said " Sonic, Knuckles and Tails." Are these real room decorations or am I reading something wrong?

I don't see it listed on the Sakura wiki but that doesn't mean they aren't in the game. They could still be hidden somewhere.
