I have a bit of a odd question,
sometimes, while playing on my lower leveled characters, I sometimes see other party members, usually ranging from level 20-30 with S rank Visual modules equipped, mostly the "Wings"
my question is that is there a S rank armor that low levels can use? Or are those other players hacked or something along those lines?

Well according to this page, there IS a lower ranked version of the Whitill Wings which lvl 20-30s are able to equip.

If, however, it's some other visual mod, then I can't say for sure ._.

if the exp shows like 44775/50000 at lvl 30 , is that a bug or glitch?

like the bar would show full red yet the actual numbers appears a little off?

the bar is full, the numbers are your extend points.

Is there a translation available for the DLC missions? I'm trying to figure out the process and menu choices for the trade mission with the Guld Milla available, but I'm completely baffled at what's going on and waves and all that. D:
