Well even if we don't reach, I"m happy to get my first Photon Booster from this event. And that's it just one..

Speed running in B rank is actually a really good way to get boosters actually. Provided you have the level to speed run it. I think I managed to get six photon boosters from a party last night that was dedicated to blazing through the B version of MA.

So I wanna get one thing clarified if possible. In this thread, I think it's been said that we will get all routes unlocked in adhoc mode if we reach 10 mil kills, right? I've heard that all routes will be unlocked if we just unlock them all in internet mode, 7 mil kills.

Anyone know the exact, "I can read the Japanese site/blog and this is what it says exactly" answer?

There is no gap between infrastructure and the download version of the quest; everything should be unlocked offline ASAP as well. 10M is just for the two extra Extend Codes. Which aren't that big of a deal since you could create a new character and get those codes from cmode in like two hours.

Except that since the adhoc version of the quest doesn't communicate with the online servers, it's limited to the first area only. And while it's all there in the data, you can't access it.
